Stanley Q. Mok
President

Mr. Mok has nearly thirty years of experience in the securities industry as a registered representative with some of the world's leading securities firms, including Paine Webber, Merrill Lynch, E.F. Hutton and most recently Prudential Securities, where he was among its leading portfolio managers and served as First Vice President and Senior Portfolio Manager. In 1997 he decided to focus his business on fee-based portfolio management and founded Mok Capital Management. He is a Registered Principal with First Allied Securities, Inc.

Stan holds a B.S. from University of Santa Clara. He is a Chartered Retirement Plan Specialist. A resident of Los Altos Hills, Stan is a co-founder and member of the Board of Directors of the Foundation for the highly regarded Bullis Purrisima Elementary School. He also serves as Vice Chair of the Los Altos Hills Finance Committee and in other community organizations.

Ronald A. Baker
Vice President - Portfolio Manager

Mr. Baker has over twenty years of experience in business, law and finance. He has been a practicing corporate and securities attorney at several of the nation's largest law firms, before deciding to pursue his passion in the securities markets. Ron practiced law both in California and overseas, and has represented some of Silicon Valley's leading companies, and many other major multinational firms. He spent four years with Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, Silicon Valley's leading law firm, and has real world business management and financial experience, including service as a Managing Director at a boutique investment bank, and as Chief Financial Officer at a consumer product importing and distribution business.

Ron holds a BA, a Juris Doctor and an MBA (concentration in finance), all from UCLA. He is a resident of Palo Alto, where he is involved in coaching a variety of youth sports, and other community activities. He is a Registered Representative with First Allied Securities, Inc.
